These guided practice sessions are led by mindfulness and mindful eating professionals. Each session is 45 - 60 minutes long and consists of a short introduction, guided practice, and concluding discussion. Participants are invited to use their webcam and be visible to other participants, but are welcome to simply participate by audio only, or simply listen. These practice sessions are open to anyone and are free of charge, although donations allow us to develop our programming and are gratefully accepted.
