The FAST Freedom Program was developed by food sensitivity expert – Wendy Busse, MSc, RD. The program helps food-sensitive clients rebuild their body and food trust to minimize food reactivity, end their restricted diet struggles and enjoy delicious meals. FAST = Food Avoidance & Sensitivity Trap. It is a five-phase, guided self-reflection process. The first three phases help clients rebuild their body and food trust. They expand their diet in phase four and plan for their continued wellness journey in phase five. Clients are supported and guided through the program with videoconference appointments and weekly electronic check-ins with their registered dietitian.


Angela Bewick Nutrition

Angela Bewick is a Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Mindfulness Practitioner based in Calgary, Canada. Her work focuses on uplifting her client’s inner awareness in order to reduce our personal and collective suffering. This may sound like a lofty goal, but in both her personal practice and her work with clients, she’s seen the power of awareness bring that goal within reach. Using compassion and through practical skills development, ease of being is attainable. HeartWorks Training LLC, founded by Kristy Arbon, supports people in their practice of self-compassion, mindfulness, somatic awareness, shame resilience and tapping into emergent self-wisdom. HeartWorks online and in-person training programs have deep roots in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Sensory Modulation, Brene Brown’s shame resilience model, Mindful Self-Compassion, Internal Family Systems, Buddhist philosophy, the Inner Mammal Method and exploration of archetypes. Offerings range from 2-hour workshops and free online resources to 5-day workshop retreats and 13-week online programs.



Vania Phitidis, from Peaceful Eating, helps women learn how to let go of rules around food, trust their bodies and reclaim their innate worthiness, so they can live their lives unapologetically and focus on what's really important to them.
