About the event

As health care professionals, it's common to have questions about teaching mindful eating and emotional nourishment to clients, patients and students. But how often do you have the opportunity to ask those questions and receive answers that can help sharpen your skills, boost your confidence and make you a more effective professional?

This is your chance to ask your most persistent or esoteric questions - broad or specific - about mindful eating and emotional nourishment, theory and practice For example:

  • How do I deal with resistant clients?
  • What can I do to help clients who feel empty and who eat their anger?
  • Are there ways to help clients work with body self-hatred and emotional starvation?
  • And more. All questions are welcome!

Your registration confirmation email will include a link where you can submit your questions prior to the event so answers can be categorized by topic. Or, if you prefer, ask questions via the Zoom chat box during the live session. Let's dig deep together and get to the raw issues facing mindful eating and emotional nourishment professionals.
