About the Event

Are you curious about Mindful Eating?

Have you ever wondered about the benefits of mindful eating?

Are you considering incorporating Mindful Eating into your professional practice?

If the answer to any of these questions is 'yes', you're invited to enjoy a taste of mindful eating with us! During this session, we will explore the flavor of mindful eating as a non-diet approach to food and body through a series of guided practices:

  • Attune with your Body: Practice coming home to your body to connect with its innate source of wisdom
  • Who is hungry here? Discover different types of hungers using all of our senses.
  • What is my intention with this meal? Fullness or Satisfaction.

This event includes an interactive mindful eating practice. Please bring a snack or meal of your choosing to satisfy your hunger. No previous experience with mindful eating is required.
