Are you curious about the benefits of Mindful Eating?

Have you considered adopting a mindfulness approach in your practice?

Are you seeking an approach to better support  your clients or patients through their healing journey?

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, we warmly invite you to join us for this professionally focused session. This event is designed to offer you an experiential understanding of Mindful Eating, a non-diet approach to food and body awareness, through a series of guided practices.

Session Highlights:

  • Attune with Your Body: Learn to reconnect with your body and tap into its innate wisdom.
  • Identify Different Types of Hunger: Use all your senses to explore and differentiate between various forms of hunger.
  • Clarify Your Meal Intentions: Understand the nuances between seeking fullness or achieving satisfaction with your meals.

This session includes an interactive Mindful Eating practice. We encourage you to bring a snack or meal of your choice to engage in the practice fully. No previous experience with Mindful Eating is required.

About the Presenter

Cuca Azinovic is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher/Mentor and Deep Transformational Coach specializing in Mindful Eating and Self-compassion. She is now based in a little coastal town in Spain.

She has a Masters' degree in Mindfulness in Health Contexts from Complutense University in Madrid (Spain).

Certified Teacher & Mentor of the Mindful Eating - Conscious Living (ME-CL) program and in the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program at the University of San Diego (UCSD), she has been implementing both programs since 2014 in Spain. She has also completed professional training in Compassion Focused Therapy for eating disorders (CFT-e), developed by Dr. Ken Goss & Paul Gilbert at Derby University (UK), Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness (MB-EAT), Eat for Life (Lynn Rossy).

She brought to Spain the first Mindful Eating professional training together with Nirakara Mindfulness Institute in 2016 and 2017, which trained more than 80 professionals in an official program to implement Mindful Eating in their clinical practice.

She joined TCME as a member in 2012.  In April 2018, she joined the Board as Treasurer and to promote the Spanish-language development of TCME.
