Can mindful eating promote health and well being? Join Megrette Fletcher as she reviews 6 key concepts about how mindful eating can help us break down barriers and reconnect with our direct experience.  


Participants will be able to:

1. State 3 or the 6 key concepts of mindful eating

2. Identify one area of resistance in which mindful eating concept could be use to reduce resistance

3. Identify one benefit of becoming more aware of your direct experience with food and eating.
