Life has adversity and the body is always scanning for safety and threat. And all humans, including health providers, have a nervous system that must be acknowledged as part of our sessions with humans hungry to heal from disordered eating. Is your system regulated to be able to offer co-regulation so that a "safe-enough" experience is available for our clients to land and take in the care and education we have to offer? Learn more about a "bottom-up" somatic approach to nutrition counseling to make space inside for normative eating and digestion.
