About the Event

A mindful eating intention is a gentle and sustainable way to keep mindful eating a part of day to day life. Different than resolutions or goals, intentions focus on the process rather than the outcome. They are also modifiable as feelings, thoughts, and behaviors continue to evolve. In this practical webinar, we will focus on the underlying view of a mindful eating intention as well as how to work with it as life - and our bodies - continues to change.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand two ways in which intentions are different from resolutions or goals
  2. List three ways to sustain a mindful eating intention
  3. Identify one relevant mindful eating intention to focus attention on right now
