The end of the calendar year can provoke a lot of thoughts and feelings about eating and our bodies. We are bombarded by messages about how to "make up for" holiday festivities by changing how we eat and move. Join Nutrition Therapist Jenna Hollenstein to discuss how to set and maintain a mindful eating intention for the New Year that is compassionate, connected to the present moment, and workable for the rest of your life.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will be able to describe the pitfalls of New Years Resolutions

  • Participants will be able to formulate a mindful eating intention that reflects their goals and values

  • Participants will learn how to work with this intention over the course of their lives
