Join us for our monthly online community meditation! Meditation cultivates attention and awareness of thoughts, feelings, and all the senses without judgment. It encourages curiosity and cultivates compassion, thus providing a foundation for mindful eating.

The Center for Mindful Eating is committed to developing a community who share the above view and create a protected time and space to deepen your meditation practice together with like-minded people. 

This drop-in meditation session is designed for anyone interested in learning to meditate or who wants to deepen their existing meditation practice. The meditation will be led by a member of TCME's board of directors.
