Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Emotional Eating and Binge Eating Retreat

· Participation in the Mindful Eating for Emotional Eating and Binge Eating Retreat and Training October 14 to October 18, 2018 at El Rancho Robles in Oracle, Arizona
· Mindful Eating for Binge Eating Workshops facilitated by Michelle May, M.D. and Kari Anderson, DBH, LCMHC, CEDS
· Three Small Group Therapy Sessions
· Guided mindful eating experiences
· Mindful Movement opportunities

CDR Credentialed Practitioners will receive 12 Continuing Professional Education (CPEs) for completion of this activity.
