Cinzia Pezzolesi, PhD,
is a chartered Clinical Psychologist and senior lecturer on mental health and wellbeing. She is qualified as a mindfulness
teacher at the University of Bangor (North Wales, UK) and as CBT therapist at Oxford University.
She is currently acting as the Clinical Director of The Mindfulness Project (UK).
She is also a Mindful Eating trainer (received my formal training in Boston USA) and a member of the board of the Centre for Mindful Eating in the USA.
She has a PhD in Human Factors in Health Care and obtained my Clinical Psychologist degree from the University of Urbino (IT).
She currently live in the UK, and over the years I have developed a strong research interest around wellbeing and mindfulness in various health care settings.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, eating disorders and wellbeing at work.
Cinzia enjoys spending time with her family and has a strong passion for sport. She played volleyball professionally in Italy for over 15 years and is now a supporter of the UK team ‘Polonia Volleyball’.
