Many individuals and organizations invest significant resources in weight management initiatives with very little return on their investment. This webinar will summarize the reasons why traditional weight-focused interventions fail and lay the foundation for a mindfulness-based, non-diet, weight-neutral approach to well-being. We will explore the Mindful Eating Cycle, a powerful decision-making model used to empower individuals to take charge of decisions about eating and self-care without restriction.

Participants will:

  1. Understand why traditional weight-focused interventions are ineffective and how they may be harmful
  2. Develop clarity on the meaning and benefits of three key concepts: non-diet, weight-neutral, mindfulness-based
  3. Define the six decision points in the Mindful Eating Cycle
