Mindfulness therapies, such as yoga, have gained momentum in the therapeutic community. Yoga is being used more frequently than ever before in treatments for eating disorders and disordered eating in a variety of settings. Integrating yoga as an adjunct to traditional treatments modalities for eating disorders and disordered eating can be highly effective. Yoga and yoga therapy tools and techniques will be presented.

Beverly has created, cultivated and sold various healthcare businesses. In her career, she has also consulted with healthcare entities who wish to maximize their bottom line.
