Linn Thorstensson is an Irish based Nutritional Therapist with a passion for health and healing through food and lifestyle. Alice J. Rosen, LMHC, has been living and teaching about mindful eating since 1979.  She has a private practice in Concord, MA.   Alice is past Director of Education for Feeding Ourselves.  She offers weekend intensive workshops called the No-Diet Workshop and monthly Conscious Cafe' where people come to practice and support each other in mindful eating.  She has also created a 4 CD set which is a guide toward a healthy relationship with food.  www.TheConsciousCafe.org

Michelle May is the creator of Am I Hungry? LLC programs.  Rebecca Johnson is employed by Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training.  Rebecca Johnson, M.S. is the Director of Workplace Wellness for Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training. Rebecca has a 20 year career in health promotion including a variety of roles in health coaching, health education, group facilitation, exercise leadership, corporate wellness management, and health professional training.
