Welcome back to the fourth hour of Mindful Eating Day!
Here is something that might set your mind at rest about the The Center for Mindful Eating. We feel that ethics matter. In 2015, we raised our membership fee while at the same time taking into consideration the economic disparity around the world by creating a 3-tiered system. We've also created Position Statements and Good-Practice Guidelines to help guide the public and professionals in understanding topics related to mindful eating and the training needs of a qualified mindful eating teacher.
Our fourth hour features Marsha Hudnall on womens' struggles with weight and Pavel Somov exploring how mindful eating is yoga.

Mindful Eating is Yoga
By Pavel Somov
Pavel submitted a brief video mindful eating based on his professional and writing experiences that review a principle of mindful eating. "Eating, just like breathing, reminds you of this union. As such, eating is yoga; eating unifies. And your dinner table is a yoga mat for your mind. Stay in the asana you are in. When you eat, eat."
