Many people are unaware of whether their stomach is full or not. This leads to great confusion about when to start or stop eating, and thus leads to eating "by the clock." This conference will help participants to:

• understand the important role of "stomach hunger" in the overall scheme of the Seven Hungers
• learn how to use "stomach hunger" to eat in a healthy way
• learn what to do when the stomach is full but it "time to eat!"

Offered by Jan Chozen Bays, MD
CEs available for RDs who are TCME members.

Phone Access: This teleconference is free and open to everyone interested in mindful eating, including professionals from all disciplines.
