How can mindful eating free you from all the "shoulds" that fill up your life? In this webinar, Megrette Fletcher will review three ways that mindful eating can help let go of the blame, shame and "should" that are part of every meal. This webinar will review the role of observing without judgment, the value of self-kindness and the power of curiosity. These three tools will help you overcome the "should" of craving, the "should" of unknowing, and the "should" of self-harm.

  • List three "poisons" people have with food
  • List the three cures for these poisons
  • List two ways mindfulness practice can help decrease craving, unknowing and self-destruction.
