In this members-only teleconference with Cheryl Wasserman, MA, LPC, participants will learn how anxiety can affect both you and your client in a session.  You will also see how it can lead your client back into the same mindset, feelings and behaviors that have caused her maladaptive eating patterns in the past.

You will learn about the brain's bias for negativity, the effect of this on behavior and how to counteract this pattern to create new behavior as a result of Self-Directed Neuroplasticity. This simple practice can create new patterns.

Learning Objectives:
understand how anxiety can interfere with a client's best intentions to eat wisely
understand the importance of a client's relationship with herself
teach a client how to hardwire positive eating experiences into her brain to offset past negatively reinforced behaviors

Phone access:
This is a Member-only teleconference with limited registration. Become a member!

CPE's are available to TCME members who participate live in this teleconference.
